The rooms were cozy and clean and the staff was very friendly. Key location facts made it easy to get around. The restaurant had a nice selection of breakfast options and we enjoyed the spacious lounge area. An added advantage was the complimentary Christmas cookies and hot cocoa served in the lobby.
The heating system in the room was a bit temperamental, and as it was winter, it took us a while to get the room warmed up. , the hotel parking lot was very small and hard to navigate, resulting in us having to park on the street during our entire stay.

The hotel has a good location near the downtown area, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and dining options. the rooms are spacious and equipped with heating/cooling. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the hotel offers a good restaurant with Ukrainian cuisine.
Some guests have experienced issues with the availability of hot water and heating systems, leading to a less comfortable stay.

The hotel is well situated for exploring the iron ore district, with a fantastic Soviet atmosphere. Convenient access to minibuses and nearby cafés and restaurants. Spacious, clean rooms with heating/cooling and friendly staff.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and friendly staff.

The free breakfast was nice and made to order. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. the hotel was conveniently located close to a grocery store and a bank.
There were several negatives to our experience. the heating system didn't work, and we had to ask for a space heater.
